We use professional actors to record the calls, so technically they're talking to the actor. However the computer decides what is said!
When on a call do I have to wait until I hear the whole prank list before I press a button?
No, you can select your character as soon as the list starts to play!
Do I have to incluse the name in the call?
No, this is purely optional and can be skipped easily.
How realistic are they?
Extremely, please play a sample yourself and see! Or try it youself on a call in the sample studio - when it asks you a question, try saying 'is this a wind up' ... or ... 'bog off' ... and see what happens!
Am I still charged if I hang up and the 'victim' carries on?
No, as soon as you hang up the phone, the charging stops.
